Dallas Records Building
Historic Downtown Dallas, TX
$138 Million Renovation and preservation of the historically iconic 1928 Dallas County Records Building in Dealey Plaza. The 4-year project will combine the three separate buildings into one, and will be home to a new lobby museum, in addition of a 7th floor that will be used for special events. The storied buildings also held inmates such as Jack Ruby and Clyde Barrow, and federal judge Sarah Hughes who swore in Lyndon B. Johnson after JFK’s assassination.
TXDOT
Rosenburg, TX
Part of TXDOT’s State Highway 36 Corridor Improvement Effort, this 2.8 mile stretch from US 59 to FM 2218 in Rosenburg, TX was widened to 4-lanes in addition to median openings and turn lanes. The existing right-of-way is 100 feet in width, and the acquisition of an additional 10 to 75 feet of approximate right-of-way was needed to accommodate expanding roadway facility, population growth, safety requirements, and intermodal travel to Port of Freeport.
